A few days ago, I used benzoyl peroxide 10% on my acne, and all of a sudden my face turned red and became kind of dry and a tiny bit swollen. It isn't that bad, it's not even that red, but it's enough to annoy me. I want to get rid of this redness by next Monday, since I am going on a trip where I might not have time to apply concealer over these red areas each morning, but it is taking a while to heal. Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of this redness/irritation from benzoyl peroxide fast? Btw, I already tried aloe vera and didn't seem to do anything, and I discontinued the benzoyl peroxide cream. Please help.
