So I just started my acne.org regime about 2 weeks ago. Before buying the kit, I made sure to read and watch as many reviews and progress videos as possible until taking a risk in buying something that can be a hit or miss.

A lot of the posts I saw were of people with severe acne and they seemed to have noticeable results by the 2nd week. I would say my acne is between moderate to severe. My acne switches up a lot. One week my acne is light and the next week I'm breaking out all over. I don't really eat greasy food and I've cut down on dairy since I've learned it's one of the causes of acne.

So, I'm on my 2nd week and I honestly feel like my breakouts have only gotten worse. I've been getting big pimples on my forehead and more acne near my jawline and cheeks. I wasn't breaking out like this before starting the regime so I'm concerned. My skin hasn't been feeling irritated and I've been following the steps correctly. I don't know whether I should continue this regime or just give up :(

i uploaded a picture of my forehead and how my skin looked before the regime with light makeup up

With the regimen usually the case is that it gets worse before it gets better. The first couple of weeks were fine for me but eventually I broke out like crazy during my 4th and 5th week. I was soooooo close to giving up because it didn't seem like it was working but the side effects to my skin adjusting to the BP was terrible.

But I gave it some thought and figured that I had already put so much time and money and effort into it that I stayed onboard. I gave the regimen a fair shot and eventually I did get clear. Just be sure to stick to the right products and the correct steps and give the process time to fix your skin. It is definitely not going to happen overnight but if you let it, it really can do wonders.

Be very gentle with your skin and how you apply the products. Your skin is still adjusting to the BP so make sure you get enough moisturizer. You can always add more throughout the day if need be.

I hear you need to give it 8 weeks to most likely have a clear face. Hopefully you stick with it :) Best of luck
