3 years on benzoyl peroxide and I started breaking out a lot

Okay so I've used the regimen (gentle face wash, benzoyl peroxide, and face cream) for almost 3 years now and I've never had a problem with acne since. But like a month ago I started breaking out (small red cysts) around my nasolabial folds (the folds that form from your nose to the corners of your mouth when you smile) and I thought that it was stress and/or stomach related due to me being really stressed lately with a move and a new position at work. When my summer vacation started, the pimples in the folds disappeared and I thought I got rid of the problem. But now I get these small red cysts on my face almost every day, in all kinds of different places, but mostly on my cheeks and around the mouth/nose. It's driving me crazy and no matter what I do, they just seem to pop up every day. Sometimes it's just one, sometimes I wake up with 3-4 new ones. It's really taking a toll on me. I eat healthy (for breakfast I have coffee with honey, a rye crispbread sandwich or banana/egg pancakes with cottage cheese. For lunch I have amino acids and chicken with vegetables, and for dinner I have the same, but without the amino acids. I have two snacks a day which is a fruit or quark). I workout almost every day and I tan regularly (without the benzoyl peroxide on, just to maintain healthy looking skin).

I have no no idea what sparked this sudden outbreak but I am in need of some serious help because it's really starting to affect me mentally. I feel so ugly and so frustrated because they just keep on coming back! I can pop most of them right away (I know - bad habit), and if I leave them, they just hurt really bad.

Can anyone please help me??? What is wrong with my skin???

i can try to add pictures when I get new ones :)
