I have acne marks but not from severe acne i have them because when spots appear i usually tend to pick them and then the marks cause . so i was wondering if the regimen still works for me? and if it does once i ger clear skin should i keep on using it? Bare in mind i have never experiencied bad acne just usual spots that appeared ! Please help
Once your skin clears on the Regimen, you can try using less BP treatment. Many people find they can get away with using less and still stay clear. But I wouldn't just stop using it, or acne may come back. If acne starts coming back with less BP treatment, then you need to keep doing the Regimen at the full dose. Once acne naturally subsides, then you won't need any treatment to stay clear.
