Good evening,
It is my 4th day of trying regimen, and I'm wondering if I need to stop.
1st day: I followed the exact instructions. Since I received the regimen at evening, I was only able to use the regimen at night. I was wearing makeup during the time. I followed regimen after I wiped out my makeup (cleansing water). Cleanser 10 sec, wait 15 min to dry, use pea size bp, wait 15 min, used enough moisturizer. Nothing happens next morning.
2nd day: I made huge mistakes. I used cleanser 3 times (morning, lunch, and night). All of them took 10 sec. used bp twice a day (pea size for lunch and night; there was no 10~12 hours term), moisturizer (lunch and night). I did wait for 15 minutes to dry. I also wore makeup (sunscreen, bb cream, blush, lip) after I applied regimen at lunch. I did wipe out my makeup with cleansing water before I did regimen for night.
3rd day: When I woke up, I saw my face turn red .I also had small bumps (it could be rash I think) all over my face and upper neck areas. My skin color did change a bit darker than before. My skin was a bit flaky and itchy. It was uncomfortable but not painful. I used cleanser 2 times (morning and night), bp twice (morning and night), and enough moisturizer (morning and night). I did follow 10 sec and 15 min rules. However, I had to wear makeup (sunscreen, bb cream, blush, lip) after I applied regimen on a morning. I did wipe out my makeup with cleansing water before I do regimen for night.
4th day(today): my skin was as day 3. used cleansers (morning and night). used BP (pea size) ONLY ONCE at night. used enough moisturizer (morning and night). I did wear makeup (sunscreen, bb cream, blush, lip) after applying regimen on morning . I did wipe out my makeup with cleansing water before I do regimen for night.
I followed all the steps very gentle.
I read on acne.org website that if I have rash kinds of bumps and skin darkening, I'm allergic to bp. I'm not sure if I'm allergic to bp, or it could be other reasons like mistakes from day 2 or wearing makeup etc. If it could be due to other reasons rather than allergic reaction, what should I do for next? Thanks.
