yeah but after its cleared and gone do I use it like forever ? or is it just until the acne heals

You can always experiment by slowly weaning yourself of the BP. If your skin adjusts well then maybe your acne is gone. But if you do decrease your BP and acne comes back then it means you still need to continue on with the regimen.
