After your skin is clear, are you still suppose to continue using the treatment?
Also I just started using the regiment and my skin is already starting to clear, however it has only been a couple weeks, should I expect a breakout in the upcoming weeks, many have reported skin worsening in weeks 4-5.

You are supposed to continue using the treatment. The Acne.org does NOT cure acne but it CONTROLS it. So if you keep up with the regimen then it will keep you clear for a looooong time. I have been clear for more than three years now and it feels really good.
Once you have been clear for a long while you can always try to wean yourself off the regimen and see if your body has stopped producing acne. If not, you can always go back on the regimen.
