How to clear breakouts before Prom???

So prom is this weekend and my face, that's been uncooperative for the past year and that I expect not to clear up any time soon, isn't even as flat as I would care for it to be before I apply any make-up on. A little skin history; I've been using the Exposed Acne Kit since January and thinking that it'd help my skin out, it actually made all of my pimples surface which they mentioned was normal but went on for too long for me to stick with it after 5 weeks when it said results would come by the 4th week. After that I went to my doctors and they suggested to give my Clindamycin and Differin as topical treatments as well as anti-biotics for my acne. I believed that these did help and that my face got flatter, though my troubled areas in my cheeks remained while my forehead acne was virtually gone.

Though as of late, I've run out of the antibiotics and Clindamycin after about a month and continued using the Differing at night, though I had to revert back to the Exposed Acne Kit and used their treatment serum for the mornings along with the toner. Now after a couple weeks of this, i've noticed that my face at random warms up, especially in my cheeks and along with that, my forehead acne has returned and is often quite itchy.

If it's of any importance I run nearly 3 times a week in the sun, and forgot to put sunscreen on for a several days which may explain for the stubborn acne scars that haven't quite gone away yet. I'm not sure why my face burns though I have a sneaking suspicion it may have to do wit the chemicals in the Exposed Acne Kit. Otherwise I eat very healthily, I've even began this plant-based diet (I'd say vegan but its not entirely that) for the past couple months in an attempt to help clean and detox my body of my pimples. I also drink a lot of water and cut out dairy and sugar, as well as wash my pillow cases and sheets once a week, but to no avail 😛

If anyone here can provide some insight into my situation, I'dreally appreciate it because, most importantly I have prom this weekend and could use all the help I get.  :)

Maybe steaming and jojoba oil can help? I doubt you can actually clear the hyperpigmentation before the weekend sorry :/
