You absolutely can start Dan's Regimen whenever you want! Just be sure to start slow with a pea-size amount and work your way up over a few weeks. This will minimize redness, dryness and discomfort you may experience while your skin adjusts to the treatment. It's a different treatment than tretinoin, so they are not interchangeable where you can just start in using it twice a day and at the full amount. But the good news is since you've been treating your skin all along, you may not need as much treatment to stay clear. So you're already in a better spot than most people are when they get started. You'll also want to do all three steps--cleanser, treatment, and moisturizer--and not skip any to maximize your results.
