my face feels so itchy right now! It is my 2nd night using the face wash and treatment. The other products in my routine I have been using for a while now. Is the bp making my face itch so much? My acne is mostly hormonal around my chin. What's going on?

Hi LauraBeth,

Dryness and itchiness is to be expected within the first few weeks of using the Acne.org Regimen products.

Make sure you are using 2 full pumps of the Acne.org Moisturizer twice a day or as often as needed. You may also add 5-6 drops of Jojoba Oil to the Moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.

The Acne.org Moisturizer is specifically designed by the experts at Acne.org to soothe and calm irritated, problem skin. With continued use twice a day, your skin will be clear, radiant and healthy looking.

Also keep in mind to avoid using any other products on your skin as it may also negatively affect your results.

If there's anything else that I can hep you with, please let me know.

Okay so I have continued to use the face wash and bp, along with ole Henrikson's vitamin c serum and cliniques dramatically different moisturizing gel. I have had a weird rash, possibly hives, twice. It's basically red puffy, swollen, irregularly shaped bumps that have appeared on and around my orbital bone. and today i broke out in the same rash on my neck. I don't even put bp on my neck! Am I allergic to it?

Be careful where you apply your moisturizer. Often times we take the moisturizer down to our neck and some of the BP that hasn't been fully absorbed gets dragged down to your neck too.

If you think that is a possibility, moisturizer your neck before applying any BP to your face. That way the rash is less likely to happen.
