How to add AHA+ to the regimen

Hello,
ive just started my 3rd week on the regimen and I must say my skin is looking so good. It's clearing up my acne, and it's not drying out my skin(I'm really shocked by this!). I've not worn make-up since I've started, I've tried so hard not to pick at my skin(nervous habit) and I've been following the instructions. I thought my skin would feel weird because I've always used a toner, and you obviously don't use one here. But my skin feels so soft and smooth. Anyways just wanted to share my thoughts lol. Next week my month is up and I wanted to add the glycolic acid, but the instructions confused me. I was wondering if someone could explain in better detail here on how to add it. I know I mix it with the moisturizer, but do I do it every night or every other night? And can I do it twice a day or only at night? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Mix with the moisturizer every night or use alone every other night! Or just listen to what your skin needs!!

I would only use AHA+ once per day, if you want to use daily, and as the above poster suggests, use at night. BP and AHA can make skin more sensitive to sunlight, so better to use AHA+ at night. You'll also want to ease your skin into this treatment. Start with a pea-size amount mixed with 2 pumps of moisturizer and see how your skin reacts, then slowly increase the amount as your skin gets used to it. One pump of AHA to one pump of moisturizer is an ideal ratio, and is safe to use every day. You can even mix in 5-6 drops of jojoba oil for extra moisturizing power! Those without super sensitive skin can comfortably substitute AHA+ for their moisturizer 2-3 times per week, but most find the formula too strong to use straight.

By the sounds of things, your skin likes the BP, so it should adjust well to AHA+. Good luck and enjoy this Regimen add-on, it works great! :)
