Hi

I'm two months in to the rgimen and my skin is terrible !!! It started getting better around the 6 week mark and I was hopeful but now it is awful !!! Im not going to lie I don't follow the regimen down to a t I only use a pea sized amount of the BP as my spots don't really cover every inch of my face I didn't think it was nesc to use the full amount.

i also really don't like the moistrizer so I only wear it in the mornings not at night I have also not been performing the regimen always in the reccomended time scale due to having just moved house and started a new job things have been a bjt crazy and stressful.

im guessing ppl are goin to say I need to be really following the regimenproperly and that its my fault it isn't working right? It's also that time of the month so that could also be a reason why but right now it's pretty bad.

At week 6, my skin wasn't the best too. My face was very dry and flaky and looked weird. There are times you even think it's getting better only to go 2 steps backwards again. It's like 1 step forward, 2 step backwards right? lol.

Anyways, like you said, you have to use the regimen precisely. As for me I have no idea if I even do that because I wake up late sometimes and don't wait the entire 10 minutes lol. You'll get awesome results as long as you use the regimen twice a day (10-12 hrs apart). I always mind that. And you have to use the moisturizer and jojoba oil(not necessarily acne.org jojoba, any 100% will do) because BP can really make the face dry and flaky. And I suggest you start using AHA because it helps a lot with flakes :) It's going to be my third month on the 20th and I have only one minor pimple right now which will obviously go before the 20th. Aside from that I'm clear! :)

I don't follow it perfectly either, but I think you should use more benzoyl peroxide. I don't use 2 pumps, like it recommends, because that is extremely excessive. I have used 1 pump, twice a day, for two monthsand it has only gotten better. I think it's up to each person about what amount they should use for their acne. That's through experimenting.Good luck.

Hey, i think ur skin became irritated with bezoyl peroxide. If u have cystic acne and skin is red and swollen, give ur face a break. Let the redness disappear. Try to use malunggay extracts to ur face to lessen the redness first. Dont use steroidal creams for redness. Dey will cause blakheads and ur skin will get use to it. After getting of the redness for like a week, use a good moisturizer every night like

RDL moisturizer wd melawhite. Its also lessens redness on ur acne marks. AFtr another week use bp as spot treatment in a pea size only. and then moisturizer.Use spfs wd moisturizer during the day. It make a difference. Hope ds helps.:)
