Hi, I just received the Regimen in the mail and I noticed it said about 10-12 hours in between applications. How much leniency is there to this, would an hour or two past the mark hurt the progress of the Regimen?

Hi Bonevisage,

 

If you have any activities planned for the day, you may use The Regimen before or after the activity as long as you use the products twice a day or as directed. However, our best advise is that you use The Regimen precisely as outlined for best results.
