Moved To New State, Acne Flare Up

Hey everyone,

I just wanted some advice, or to see if anyone else has experienced what I have. Recently I have moved to a neighboring State for a job opportunity. Ever since then my acne has gotten HORRIBLE, with flares up.

At first I thought it was because I started to wear make-up for my job, I stopped doing this and the problem has not resolved. Then I thought it could be stress. However there is one big reason why I think it could be the water in the new state.

Essentially, I go home for the weekends. During my time at home, I get home Friday night when my acne would be pretty bad, then by Sunday my face is pretty clear. I return to my new state Sunday night, and by Tuesday my face has at least five new zits. And it is usually at least 4-7 zits every day during the week day.

I have really clear skin before I moved here. I use the regimen religiously, and never miss an application.

Let me know if you have any ideas why this could be happening.

It is nothing more then stress. Stress is the leading cause of acne in my opinion, all my break outs happen when I'm stressed. I hadn't had acne since 18 and ever since going through a bad break out and other bad things in my life I now have acne again. I also never had signs of acne until the age of 16 when I moved to a stressful city and school. Stress my friend, relax as much you can.

My eat habits, and sleeping material has stayed the same. Though I am sleeping on a different mattress, could this be it?

I don't feel particularly stressed. If anything I was more stressed before I moved because I didn't have a job (had just graduated) and was extremely stressed and depressed. Now I am much, much better, but my face has gotten so bad.

The only thing I can think of is the water...
