Hey guys I've been using the regamine for 1 month now and I've seen no improvements . I won't give up on it but I'm wondering if I can change the moisturizer from the regamine to the CerVa moisturizer ? I'm also continue breaking out while on the regamine. So can I change the moisturizer ?

Changing the moisturizer is absolutely fine. I have been using Cerave as my AM moisturizer and I love the lightweight and smooth feeling it gives on the skin.
