Hello everyone, after about two years of using the regimen, i can definitely say it work. Though, i don't remember much, i will try my best to share my experience

About myself: i had an acne problem back in high school with my oily face, i would wake up everyday to find 3-5 new whiteheads popping up around my both my cheeks. I finally decided to go on the regimen around beginning of 11th grade. The regimen for me included the cleanser, benzyl, moisturizer, jojoba oil, and sometimes AHA.

1-2 months: the regimen was horribbleee, my skin was in a constant itch, it was always peeling and there was a lot more acne. I would wake up middle of the night to find myself unconsciously scratching my face.

3-5: months - the acne died down and so did the itching, and for the next few months i didn't worry about it that much.

6-8 months - acne had died down to a few every week. i took the cleanser out of the regimen and instead washed my face with water, and noticed that everything was fine. I had also changed the moisturizer to Aloe vera 100% gel.

10 months - at this time, i noticed that my face was completely cleared. and then i made the worst decision - i stopped the regimen.

13 months - my acne slowly came back and eventually i was in full distress. I immediately went back on the regimen.

16 months - acne died down again, but still pimples here and there. I have also developed mild box scars from the new acne, unlike the old ones.

20 months (about now) - i'm at a point where i have much more box scars than acne. also, instead of whiteheads i usually get about 1 cyst every week.

So yeah i can definitely say the regimen works (although i didn't stay on the path too long). For now, i worry about my box scars, i worry about the cyst routine that never stops. If anyone have any tips let me know. Thanks!

Extra: i eat very clean and work out about 3-4 times a week, my face is moderately oily.
