Hey, so I've always had bad skin, but in the middle of march it started getting dreadul and I've become incredibly insecure about it since then.

I started the regime properly over a month ago now, and have seen little to no improvement.

My current regime is

AM

Cetaphil/acne.org face wash

Proactiv BP

Acne.org moisturiser/jojoba

And PM

is the same with an addition of half AHA for about the last week now.

I tried to use the acne.org BP but i found it extremely drying to the point of complete embarassment, so have stuck with proactivs.

I feel as though I'm not getting results, I barely ever touch my face, gently wash and dry my face, I eat well..I can't see any problems or things I'm doing wrong..

I'm still breaking out with new acne, I saw improvement a couple of weeks ago, but since then its all been downhill and I don't know why.

Any suggestions or help would be marvellous..thank you.

BP doesn't work for everyone- but there are other things, have you seen a derm? how old are you?...male or female?

clean up your diet, minimize processed food, clean whole foods, ditch dairy if you haven't, that's a big trigger for many, give it 30 days see if it works for you

if you are open to it the derm will give you antibiotics and likely a BP/clindamycin lotion...that may kick start things.....

is your acne cystic? that's a whole different animal sadly...give us a little more info, and hang in there, you are among friends
