Im not sure who exactly to contact about this so I am posting here.

This website has the WORST shipping I have ever encountered. Theres no reason it should take something 3 weeks to get to me. I am in the United States. And no I do not pay extra for shipping, but ive never paid extra for shipping for anything ive ever ordered and the most its taken to get to me with regular shipping was 9 days. So why is acne.orgs shipping so slow??? And its not just a one time thing. Its every time I order!! And now Im going on vacation and could only take a carry on and rather than wasting half of the stuff by putting it in TSA approved containers (I dont have the travel package obviously) I chose to order it and have it shipped to my grandmothers house so I would have it for the week and then bring it back since I paid for a bag back. Well I ordered it on the 15th. Im not going there until the 24th. I figured 9 days was enough time to get there. WRONG. Its not getting there until the day after I leave to come home!!!!! Thats over 2 weeks, practically 3! I checked the tracking number and its gone three different places in California. What gives? If anyone knows who I can contact, please let me know. I will never order from this website again.
