Should I still use the regiment? The acne on my forehead bothers me so much! I really want clear skin.

The Regimen can help light acne and it's OK to only treat your forehead if that is the only area you are breaking out. For very mild acne, you probably can get away with just doing it at night and just moisturize during the day. Hope this helps! :)

Thank you for replying! I just ordered the regiment and have a question. During the 1st week it says use BP once a day. Does it mean use the regiment once a day or only use cleanser and mosturize without the BP?

Use the BP treatment once a day for the first week. Wash with the cleanser and moisturize in the a.m. Then in the p.m., apply a pea-size amount of BP treatment on your affected areas after washing with the cleanser. When this dries, apply moisturizer. Repeat this every day.

Since your case is very mild, I would just apply the BP at night for the first two weeks and see how your skin responds. This may be enough for you but if things are not clearing up, then apply BP in the morning as well. Let us know how you do! :)

Personally, I would not recommend the Regimen for light acne. I had light-moderate acne and once I started the Regimen I realized that it was not worth all the side effects. I am not saying the Regimen did not work because it did work for me but it also made me break out more before it got better. The side effects were a pain in the butt. I used to have forehead acne in middle school and I just consistently used the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash and an aspirin mask once a week. I never break out on my forehead area anymore so I like to think that it worked for me. I don't use the Neutrogena face wash anymore but still do the aspirin mask. I also recently stopped using the Regimen. Hope it helps! :)

Hi, I also have the same problem where my breakout is on my forehead, I don't know whether to go for the regime or not? As I don't want to worsen my skin or breakout in places where I don't normally! But my forehead acne is pretty bad and I just want it gone!

I have light acne as well and only apply the regimen at night. Check out my routine below. Using smaller doses with a consistent routine definitely works!
