How can i clear this to make my skin match my neck color?

I use a steroid cream called Elecon momastone fuarote. It used to help my dry skin a lot but now but im not sure if this just causes my facial redness its so embarrassing all I want a was a normal face

I really want normal skin back. rest of body skin color is fine and matches but face is the only part of my skin which is ruined and its the main thing too (. I've been given lymecyline tablets and adapalene cream both havent really done much. Been using adapelene for 2 months and have had the Lymecycline tablets for 3 weeks. I have done research and i think it has something to do with Demodex Mites that live in pores and cause irritation and redness/pinkness.

Please Help need tips to cure the skin condition!
