Hello,

I finally had the courage to join the community. It's been a while since I'm struggling and now I'm worried because I can't find a solution to it. My forehed is pretty clean, the only problem I have is under the chin, on the side and I don't know why. I've been trying many products, and right now I'm also trying the "Zinc Picolinate" I heard it's good, however I can't see any good results yet. (2 months since taking it)

  • I'm eating clean, no junk food, greasy food or fats. (not oily / fried)
  • I'm drinking around 6 Liters of water a day. (no soda)
  • I'm getting 6-7 Hours of sleep.
  • I'm not stressed.
  • I don't smoke, I don't drink alchool at all.
  • I'm training 6 time / week for 2 hours everyday .(I'm kind of a gym rat lol)
  • I'm washing my face 2-3 times a day.
  • Taking Omega-3 + BCAA's (l-leucine, l-valine, l-isoleucine etc) everyday.

I have around 6 meals a day, and my daily food plan is like this: (not everyday the same, but just to get an idea)

  • 07:00 -> Coffe & Eggs
  • 10:00 -> One Banana or other fruit
  • 12:00 -> Chicken Breasts with Veggies
  • 15:00 -> A healthy snack (it depends, usually nuts)
  • 17:00 -> Protein Shake (Pre Workout) (with milk not water)
  • -- hit the gym --
  • 19:00 -> Protein Shake (Post Workout) or again Meat (it depends)
  • 20:00 -> Low-fat cottage cheese + apple

Here's a picture. Also, because of this, it effects my self esteem, the reason I have low self confidence..

PS: Please don't tell me to go to dermatologist, already been 2 times and it didn't get me good results. I might try again, but I'm here to find your opinion on this before I pay a visit again to the doc.

Thank you!

Do you shave in that area? Shaving can cause problems for men. Here's Dan's shaving advice.

Please also read about protein shakes. Some people have trouble with those. http://www.acne.org/regimen-help.html#liftingweights

Hope that helps.

Hi Brandy,

Thanks for your answer.

Yes, I do shave, quite often actually. I never thought about that, this makes sense now... Usually I'm irritated after shaving, thought I use after shave cream..
