Hello,
I finally had the courage to join the community. It's been a while since I'm struggling and now I'm worried because I can't find a solution to it. My forehed is pretty clean, the only problem I have is under the chin, on the side and I don't know why. I've been trying many products, and right now I'm also trying the "Zinc Picolinate" I heard it's good, however I can't see any good results yet. (2 months since taking it)
- I'm eating clean, no junk food, greasy food or fats. (not oily / fried)
- I'm drinking around 6 Liters of water a day. (no soda)
- I'm getting 6-7 Hours of sleep.
- I'm not stressed.
- I don't smoke, I don't drink alchool at all.
- I'm training 6 time / week for 2 hours everyday .(I'm kind of a gym rat lol)
- I'm washing my face 2-3 times a day.
- Taking Omega-3 + BCAA's (l-leucine, l-valine, l-isoleucine etc) everyday.
I have around 6 meals a day, and my daily food plan is like this: (not everyday the same, but just to get an idea)
- 07:00 -> Coffe & Eggs
- 10:00 -> One Banana or other fruit
- 12:00 -> Chicken Breasts with Veggies
- 15:00 -> A healthy snack (it depends, usually nuts)
- 17:00 -> Protein Shake (Pre Workout) (with milk not water)
- -- hit the gym --
- 19:00 -> Protein Shake (Post Workout) or again Meat (it depends)
- 20:00 -> Low-fat cottage cheese + apple
Here's a picture. Also, because of this, it effects my self esteem, the reason I have low self confidence..
PS: Please don't tell me to go to dermatologist, already been 2 times and it didn't get me good results. I might try again, but I'm here to find your opinion on this before I pay a visit again to the doc.
Thank you!
Do you shave in that area? Shaving can cause problems for men. Here's Dan's shaving advice.

Hi Brandy,
Thanks for your answer.
Yes, I do shave, quite often actually. I never thought about that, this makes sense now... Usually I'm irritated after shaving, thought I use after shave cream..
