My regimen:

morning (6am):

- wash face for 10 sconds in the shower with the cleanser

- wait around 8 minutes after i pat dry my face to apply BP

- I apply a full finger length of BP

- my face is dry around 20 mins afteri apply the BP

- i apply 1 and a half pumps of Moisturizer

Evening (6pm)

same as morning, only difference is that i use 2 full pumps of moisturizer and 5 drops of jojoba.

The regimen has helped me, there are still some spots that need some work done. i do expirience Redness and pealing around my mouth and in my forehead.

i was thinking of using only 2 full pumps of moisturizer in the morning, and i use only BP in the evenings. What do you think?

i've only used AHA once but it got me more red, so i'm going to use it again when i'm less red.

If you're still experiencing redness from the BP at this stage, I'd hold off on AHA+. Most people get over this phase by about week 4 but it varies from person to person so it's not unusual to still be red at this stage.

Try using BP only at night and see what happens. If this isn't keeping you as clear as you'd like, you can always ramp up again, but if it's keeping things under control and you can live with a few spots, it may be worth keeping BP to nighttime if it helps your skin feel more comfortable and less irritated.

Let us know how you do! :)

I've been uisng bp only in the evenings and i can certainly say that i'm less red. However i can also say that i am not as cleared up as before.
