Hi

I'm new here. Sorry if I posted in the wrong place.

I have a question, can I use milk cleanser in the regimen?

I also want to ask your opinion about the other products I use.

I am now doing the regimen, but without the products from acne.org (for budget reason hehe).

I am using :

-Clean & Clear essential foaming face wash for cleanser

-benzolac 2,5% for BP

-revlon new complexion hydrating cream for moisturizer.

(I lost the brochure so I don't know the ingredients)

Besides that, I also use these product almost everyday :

-revlon new complexion sun block face cream, because I go to school on bike and I don't want to get tanned

-face powder, the only make up I use everyday

and for cleaning my face, I also use viva milk cleanser lemon before the clean&clear face wash, because someone told me that only using face wash will not clean my face perfectly, especially after going out of the house and using make up.

After doing (my version ) of the regimen for 2 months, my acne reduced. It still show up but not as often as before. But, the acne on my right cheek is still not going away. In fact it got worse, only on that spot.

I am considering to stop using milk cleanser to see if it is the cause, but I'm afraid it will make it worse because my face isn't clean enough.

is it because of the milk cleanser? or the other product i use? or do I just have to be more patient?

Thank you

The only way you can know is if you stop using that cleanser for a set amount of time [3 months is the standard time] and see if you notice any differences. lists ingredients that tend to irritate the skin, check this out if you're unsure if the ingredients are irritating your skin.
