Do any of you guys do the regimen with a non foaming cleanser (cetaphil, aquanil, cerave hydrating) ? Do the same principles apply, like washing for only 10 seconds or so?
I think it's best to use the cleanser from acne.org. It's very gentle on the skin and cleanses the skin very well. I had mild acne, and from just using the cleanser it went away. I did purchase everything else to have on hand, just in case my acne comes back.
I started doing the regimen with store bought products and I did use cetaphil. Use the gentle cleanser, that was the one I used to help me clear my acne and yes it is the same principle by doing it for 10 seconds.
