Okay so recently (week ago) after arm round 5 weeks of being on the regimen my skin was improving a lot and was almost clear, but a few days ago randomly broke out and old acne I used to have on my cheek came back

The outbreak are mainly painful pimples on my ( but not cysts) chin, forehead, in between eyebrows and around my mouth, is there anything I should do/ have been doing wrong to cause this? I have been following the regimen as it says using 2 full pumps of bp and moisturiser and I haven't changed my lifestyle or diet or anything

These pimples just won't seem to heal and they're very painful and the old acne is really frustrating as I thought it was healing

Help would be appreciated
