Hi huys...

I'm 19 years old and in the last few monthes i had an worsening in my acne condition.

I read about the Regimen, and in one hand it sound very promising, but in the other hand i will have quite a problem to do it every single day, because the nature of my job that contains some nights in field. It would be so terrible for the process or i should try it anyway? Besides that, accutane is my last option (that i don't really like because i would like to keep training at the gym, and got to expose to the sun during my job).

Thanks, and sorry for my english!

Hello there!

Before deciding on trying the regimen, make sure you are able to put in the time and effort to do the process. It would be such a waste if you wouldn't be able to fully do the steps because each of them is very important.

You should be able to do the regimen steps twice a day, ideally 10-12 hours in between each application. When you say you work on the field does that mean the regimen could possibly sweat off your skin? Or that you work under the heat of the sun? Those are some things to consider.

yes, this is what it means, and to do it every single day will be really big problem. In that case accutane will be a better solution?

I really can't answer that for you because I have never used accutane, nor have I researched it at all. I just heard it had a bunch of side effects that I wasn't willing to deal with so I counted on doing the regimen instead.
