I've been on regimen for 6 months now, and i moved down to Bp only at night about 2 months ago, and from that time on I've gotten horrible breakouts in the sunlight - even on cloudy days. I'm positive that my breakouts are uv related and not something else. I use Olay moisturizer with SPF 15 in the morning, and neotrogena clear skin SPF 30 sunscreen when I need to reapply throughout the day, but these only last for a few hours. Is there a solution to this problem?
The solution is to do The Regimen twice daily for best results. It really does work best this way for just about everyone. Since you reduced your bp usage to night tie only, your breakouts have been out of control. Use the bp twice per day, everyday. You can apply your sunscreen over it and wear wide brimmed hat.
Actually, the quality of my skin has improved since reducing my Bp usage. When I did it twice a day, I suffered from a ridiculous amount of flakes - and no aha or jojoba oil helped. Since cutting down, I've had better skin, but I breakout when exposed to sunlight. I plan on sticking with Bp at night for now, and trying to find a solution for the sun problem in the mean time.
