Hi,

I've started using the regimen. When I was 14-17 I had very bad acne on face and back, I then had accutane. Ever since I get small out breaks now and then, nothing serious. But none the less I've started the regimen.

Before I was just using Benzoly Peroxide 5% with no moistroiser. Now I'm using none-oil hydrating moistriser. So far I feel its helping create less spots and less big spots and making my skin feel nicer and smooth.

One question I have is about shaving.. Im a man and don't know if I should be shaving every day or what? And what should I put on my face before shaving? A foam? I've been putting nothing on which when using a razer can definatley agrovate the size of my face or the ridge area, the pores feel rougth and can be saw for a day. I've also got an electric razer which is less saw.
