Hello guys, I'm new to the forum. I need your advice.

I've been dealing with my acne for almost 2 years and I'm not 100% sure that I have acne, I think it may be some other skin condition. Anyway, I visited a dermatologist and he said it's acne comedonica + he proscribed me Isotrex and Aknemycin. His therapy was not much of a help, although he said I should continue on using it. I'm not sure what to do because I really want to get rid of my red face.

Should I start the regimen? Or should I only buy a good cleanser, and continue on using what dermatologist gave me?
