Hi, I use to suffer from acne bad but now I just get regulat smaller outbreaks. More recently.

But for some reason my back gets the occasional spot, and when it does, they're usually always HUGE. This one has built up for about 3 weeks. And Im still trying to remove it. I put warm water on it and then rub it with 100% alcahol and then put 10% oxide cream on it. I try not to squeeze it much. This one is starting to go now and the crap inside it is slowly been killed and removed.

My question is why does this area of my back attract such huge boil spots? How can I get rid of the old red marks there? Im starting putting lemmon juice on, is this the best option? How long for them to go?

Big question too is how to prevent them keep coming on my back and stop them for ever!!
