Hello okay so I am new to the regimen and I am praying that it'll work since I am now 23 and have been suffering with acne seems like forever basically since high school. We'll okay here is my question I just got my shipment in yesterday so I started the three steps last night before bed and followed the instructions precisely. I saw that it said to only use the bps once a day for the first week. I usually wash my face twice a day in the morning and at night . So do I use the cleanser and moisturizer twice a day and just the Bp once a day for the first week or do I only wash my face once a day for the first week I'm confused please help a sisstaaa out!!
