I had incredibly dry skin prior to starting the regimen. If I didn't apply moisturiser within 30 seconds of drying my face after a shower, my skin would start peeling. But to be honest, now that I have clear skin its like my face has become more balanced and I can now decide whether I want to moisturise or not (and I also only apply a very small amount of moisturer these days too).

Don't get me wrong, when following the regime the first 5-8 weeks were hell, but once I got through that part my skin really cleared up and was a lot less dry.
