I use to have acne had when younger. I took accutane. But when im stressed I still get regular spots, but not really acne, or minor acne. It comes and goes fast. I've been putting the peroxide cream on 5% and it seems to work quite well to an extent. But i still get the outbreaks at times. One thing I haven't used is a moisturiser. Im thinking about using your resigme. Can you tell me if I should do moisturiser and which type and when? And does ance.org ship to UK? Thanks
I have realized the moisturizer is essential regardless of skin type. Being on the regimen it is a requirement. When treating acne with the BP your skin will get very dry, and we don't want it to go to the point where it gets irritated and causes even more acne, so we need to balance it out with moisturizer.
