Flaking And Dryness, Should I Stop Caring!?

Hello,

I'm on my 5th week of the regimen now.

And my skin have recently faced a lot of irritation and dryness.

There has been flaking throughout the entire day and it is really annoying me because everytime I look in the mirror, I can' stop myself from either scratching it lightly or put water on it to make the flakes go away.

Yes, I am trying to stop myself from doing so because I know it is bad, but since I'm a student, I feel terrible to walk around with the look on it,

What should I do? Should I invest my money and buy jojoba oil in USA even though I live in the UK?

Help!

Personally I am not a fan of jojoba oil as it made my daughter break out a bit but if you want to try it I'm sure you can buy it in the UK at a health food store.

What moisturizer are you using? If it is non irritating and doesn't contain oil you can apply as much of it as you want.

Jojoba did not help moisturize my skin, but I would massage it into my skin to help remove a lot of the flakes. Cut back on the BP so your skin isn't so irritated, apply it only at night then try increasing it again. You're using the acne.org moisturizer?

Yes, definitely buy some Jojoba Oil! It not only moisturises your skin, and is also great at eliminating flakiness! I've been using it for over 5 months and I love it. You can also add a few drops of it to your current moisturiser in the morning/night, for extra moisture, or if you're unsure about putting oil straight onto your face.

Thank you for your advices!.

Yes I have been using the moisturizer from acne.org.

I will reduce the amount of BP I use and will increase it again once my skin is better.

I will also buy some jojoba oil and apply a few drops of it to my moisturizer if you as you recommended.

Because it is cheaper for me to buy the oil in the UK.

I am thinking of ordering one like this online: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Desert-Essence-Organic-Jojoba-Oil/dp/B0000C0XL8/ref=pd_sxp_f_pt

Which type of jojoba oil should I use?

Should I invest my money into buying the acne.org jojoba oil?

Also, should I apply it everytime I use my moisturizer (day and night)?
