Hi,

has anyone found a good way to really combat the dryness. I am seriously sick of this flaky skin. And obviously a way that doesn't negatively affect the regimen outcome (no acne).

Post your ways youve had success with.

Thanks!! :)

I use a balm called moa the green balm, its amazing. Has texture of vaseline and is 100% natural. You can use it on bites, burns, grazes etc too and makes my elelashes longer. Look it up.

Its the only thing that helped my skin. the flakes used to be so big, like the size of english 5p. Moa is amazing, the revies speak for themselves.

I sound like a sales rep for it! Im a international student and it was recommended to me by english flatmates

Yea I'm really considering quitting using BP because of the dryness. I'm now 6 days in. The first 3-4 days I had no flakiness but a lot of redness. Now, I still have some redness but A LOT of flakiness. Does this ever stop? I've seen a very small improvement with pimples but my skin looks like it has scales.

Pure unrefined shea butter has been a godsend for my flaky skin. Shea butter has a comedogenic rating of 0, so it'll never clog up your pores.

Did you use this along with the regimen? How did you apply it? And it didn't make you break out? Thanks!

I used it as a moisturiser as it was the only thing i could find that actually worked. It didn't make me break out, but if you're scared just use it on one side, just not all over your face. If you find that it does break you out for some reason then it literally has hundreds of uses. I found it to be great personally

I bought mine at Whole Foods. Make sure to look for pure and unrefined. Shea butter is solid at room temperature, so all you need to do is scrap off a little piece, leave it on your hand and it should start melting. Sometimes I use my hair dryer to speed up the melting faster. Once it's melted, dab a little bit of it on the affected area. Sometimes I use it on my whole face. Shea butter has wonderful healing powers. I applied it to a incision scar I had from a recent surgery and now the scar is almost gone. Last night I got a paper cut that was bothering my. I applied some shea butter and about 10 mins later, I didn't even notice the cut anymore. And the cut is completely healed today. I call this Magic Butter! :)

The shea butter will make your face a little shimmery, so use a paper towel and gently blot. You're welcome :))

Look up shea butter benefits and see for yourself. I even use it to style my hair (I no longer use gel). It's so awesome!

Thanks for the excellent information on this. Jus wondering did you use it as part of dans regimen and replace the moisturizing with this?

I use the shea butter in conjunction with the moisturizer. Moisturizer first, shea butter second. I would also like to point out that I no longer use jojoba oil, as I've replaced it with hemp oil. Hemp oil has a comedogenic rating of 0 as oppose to jojoba oil which has a rating of 2. Hemp oil seems to be much more compatible with my skin.

It's an obvious one but Jojoba oil, if you haven't tried it, it really worth a shot. I mix it with moisturizer. Also, I just use LOADS

Thanks guys, really helps a lot!

Also Someone told me that they

Cleanse

Moisturise

apply BP

Then moisturise with BP

so like add an extra step. Do people think this would be detrimental to the regimen mosturising before and after BP. Does anyone know?
