If I am adjusted to the full BP dose sooner than then 1 month mark would I be safe to gamble with adding a small amount of AHA to my routine?

I am hoping to have a huge interview soon that could be in a week, next year or never :-) It's pretty important that I look presentable for this and I do not want to worry about my skin the whole time. I can deal with a bit of stinging but I don't want to create an inflamed mess of dry, burned skin.

If your skin is fully adjusted to the bp (eg, no redness/burning) you should be ok to try AHA. But only a small amount 3 times a week at the most. The downside with AHA is that your skin has to readjust to having the BP AND the AHA working, so can sometimes cause facial redness for a few hours in the morning before dying down during the day.

If you think your skin can handle it I say go for it. Just follow the instruction and only apply in one spot. If I remember correctly I used AHA as little as 3 weeks and I did not breakout but it did burn for about 2 weeks.

Thanks for the replies. My package appears to be delayed currently so I will be at week three by the time it gets here. I'm curious how it works as a spot treatment. I need to stay away from my extractor.
