If your are prone to acne, those issue may produce more than usual. I was freaking out for months!!!!!!!
It was gross- greasy,scabby, painful, etc. I skipped work it was so bad!
Then I remembered how I conquered severe brake outs 10 yrs ago. It was my pillow/detergent. I started using baby detergent and it was MUCH better! Ten years later, it happened again. It tooks months (and lots of $$), until I realized I was sleeping on my hair! I pull it back and what a difference! I still use good products, but they didn't do a thing while I was sleeping on my hair. My suggestions:
1. use all natural detergent
2. putt your hair back when u sleep
I still have some here n there but its fine, NOTHING like it was....So I wanted to make ppl aware. It's worth a try. Always keep your pillow case clean and wash w natural ingredients..ace...my dr would get on me until I shut him up. I said, "Dont touch..very germy
