After i cleared up with the regimen 2 months ago, i decided to seldomly use it and use it only when i break out. WORST DECISION OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. My acne came back full force. They're cystic acne and really painful. I got so depressed that i didn't wanna go anywhere and my relationship with my bf got affected. Self esteem is really low i feel the ugliest. I have so many white heads. And i have these pimples where they have this yellow liquid inside omg i feel ugly i need help and want to be motivated. I wanna know if its totally okay to squeeze out the yellow liquid if it doesnt hurt and is ready to come out? Sorry for being gross
