Hey! I totally feel your pain! Holidays mean parties and seeing more people all up close and personal. I have to go on several trips to visit family and an overnight trip with friends for New Years. I'll share what works awesome and best for me. It covers my acne and scars. None have broken me out and it last about 7hrs.

First I use a liquid concealer that is 1 shade lighter than my skin tone covergirl true match. Let that dry (about 2-3min) your face will look blotchy at the point but this covers scars

Then I use cover girl 3-1 outlast foundation. OMG this is a godsend more me! It last all day and I get complete coverage with one pump and it doesn't break me out or look cakey.

For acne that is red and inflammed I use my mac studio finish concealer. Does a great job of really hiding it. MAC is eally known for their good coverage.

To remove the make-up I used jojoba oil on a cotton round.
