Can I use it in irregular time intervals? Example, 4 hours interval, or 5, or 6, or 10, depending on my daily activities. I am a busy office guy who comes home at different times, as early as 8pm, or as late as 1am, and has to wake up very early in the morning (5am) daily. I want to do my regimen ONLY AT HOME by the way, 'cause doing it somewhere else is very inconvenient (hassle). So my question is, does that matter? I mean do you think it will still work as effectively as the recommended 10-12 hours interval?
