If your skin is dry and flaky I would hold off on increasing BP. You should be using a moisturizer at this point of course. You can use the one sold on this site, but I have found CeraVe cream to be nicer for my skin.

If you find the flaking to be too much and you're using a moisturizer (applied after the BP), you can try reducing application to once daily.

Just wait it out and increase when your skin are used to it.

Thank you for your reply..

One more thing, i dnt know if im going to buy jojoba oil or aha, im undecided yet.. Because i never had any improvement on my face.. When i first started using the regimen, i only have like few pimples on my cheek, but as days goes im beginning to break out a lot.. I was so dissappointed, but im counting on to the 3-month rule.. I dnt know if im gonna stop using it by december..

Does lose hope quite yet. I had my worst breakout on the regimen on my 4th and 5th week. It cam with a lot of setbacks and I wanted to quit so bad already but then I thought that I had spent time and money and effort on this that I really should see this through. I did and it was the best decision I've made.

Incorporating jojoba oil and AHA did wonders so hopefully you can get both.

As I said in another thread:

Do NOT stop. The regimen works fast for most people. But after 12 weeks I had a few severe breakouts myself and was frustrated. Doubt creeps into your mind. It took 4 months, but by that time I was completely clear and have been for 5 years. Stick with it! I know it seems like a long time but you'll be glad you did. Just make sure you're doing everything exactly as directed and give it time

As for aha and jojoba, aha may sting a little. Jojoba could help with flakiness. If you don't feel your skin is ready for more BP, just wait a little longer.
