Twice Daily?

So I ordered Dans products and they should be here in a couple days. I just want to be clear on somethings that I couldnt find the answer to in the FAQ and the instructions.

It says in the instructions to only use a small amount of BP when starting out and that later on you should graduate to doing it twice daily and with larger amounts. So when exactly do most people move on to the twice daily? And in that time period where I am only at one pump of BP a day, should I still be moisturizing and cleansing my face twice daily or is the skin usually too sensitive for that? And when you do get to twice daily does that mean split up the amount of BP you are using? The instructions say at four weeks you should be using two pumps or a fingers length or whatever measurement you use, but does that mean one pump in the morning and another at night or two pumps in the morning and another two pumps at night?

Like I said I haven't started the regimen yet but I want to make sure that I get everything down and understand fully how to use it. Thanks for any possible help.

You will eventually be working your way up to two pumps twice per day, but the speed that you get there will purely depend on how your skin is reacting. For the first week start slow and whatever you do, don't get over confident because if you increase too quickly it will just set you back in the end.

In the first week apply once per day, but cleanse and moisturise twice per day. If all goes well, you can try either increasing the amount of BP but still sticking to once per day for the second week, or still only apply a small amount and apply it twice per day. Whatever you decide, so long as you don't increase it too quickly, but you still regularly DO increase it, you should be fine.

The regimen is tough in the first 2-3 months. YOu will have red, dry irritated skin. You will have to put up with burning and itching and on top of that many people experience initial breakouts, but if you manage to stick it out there is a nice reward at the end.

Welcome to the boards, and I'm sure you will receive a lot of support and encouragement from fellow regimen users. Good luck! :)

Thank you so much for the answer. I just want to understand everything before I start so there is no mistakes or anything. Thanks again!
