Should I Wear A Clean Shirt Every Day?

Usually I wear shirts at least a few times before I wash them. This is especially true of shirts for night time which I can stain with benzoyl peroxide. Will this affect my acne? Should I always wear clean shirts?

I wear my night shirts sometimes a week before I actually have it washed. Haven't found it to cause me any more acne. It should be fine. Unless your shirt is like super filthy or something. Couple days worth of use should be fine.
