I started the regime on Sunday and my face and neck are very red, itchy amd flakey!? I understand that this is what is supposed to happen but its quite bad!

I am using Cetaphil cleanser and mosturiser and Oly day cream alsi my skin is very oily? can some help? Thanks

Just gotta grind through the tough parts of The Regimen, dry/red flaky skin is generally what comes with the process when starting. After continued usage, your skin should adapt to the benzoyl peroxide and then the redness/flakyness will subside.
