How long do I have to wait to take a shower after I put on the regimen in the morning? Usually I take a shower in the afternoon and sometimes I exercise, so I'm not sure if there is a certain amount of time I have to wait.

You want to do The Regimen about 10-12 hours apart. Here's how Dan suggests dealing with workouts/sweating. http://www.acne.org/faq.html#sweat
