Hi guys,

So im clear for a few months now and still using the regimen. I found out that even when im not using the regimen for 1 or 2 days I still stay clear. After those days I use it again just to be sure.

Now im wondering if you guys know a way to slowly quit de regimen for good. Would be awesome if I could quit it forever.

Thanks already,

Dan.

A few months? Trust me, you havent out grown acne yet. It usually takes around 3 weeks for acne to come back if you stop the regimen - and it will most likely come back. Try cutting down to just using the regimen once a day and keep that up for 3-4 weeks and see what happens - if you start breaking out at all, then get back to doing it twice a day.

The acne will return. Try just applying the BP during the night only.
