Hi guys, I'm new here and this is my first post.
I'm 21 & I've been struggling with moderate-severe acne for about 4 yrs now. I've tried proactive, home remedies, creams and antibiotics. My doc put me on minocycline 100mg and my face completely cleared up in 1-2 months. Doxycycline also helped. I was once again starting to regain the confidence I had lost due to acne.
Pills are the only thing that have worked for me. However, I Stopped taking them after 3 years and my acne came back with a vengeance. Its amazing to see how acne can ruin just about anyones self-esteem and outlook on life. I've been avoiding almost all social situations these past 3 months by locking myself up in the house and rarely going out. Since then I've been looking for remedies and came across the regimen. I'm now on week 4 of the regimen and hoping this will work.
WIsh you all the best of luck!
I've been down the same road as you my friend and it was the same story with me. Antibiotics were only the temporary fix. Good luck on getting on the regimen, I've been on it for 6 months now and it has been the best thing I have done for my acne problem. Welcome to Acne.org by the way.

For me it took about 10 weeks. It was a tough process when I started but I stuck with it and it eventually paid off.
