Cetaphil and Cerave moisturizing lotions work really well for me and don't break me out. If you want to splurge a bit then try the Clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel. It is a great AM moisturizer that doesn't leave your face looking greasy.

I just use the plain moisturizing lotion. No AM or PM. Although I do add a bit of SPF to it for sun protection.

Try to look at the ingredients of the SPF available to you in Singapore and make sure they have no or little comedegenic ingredients so they don't clog your pores.
