I was wondering how I would integrate an exfoliant (neutrogena 3-in-1 hydrating cream) into the regime? At which step would I apply the exfoliant? Before or after the benzoyl peroxide?
And my questions on sunscreens are, which one do you guys recommend?
And when would I apply it? Before or after the moisturizer?
You would apply it after BP. And a lot of people recommend Olay Complete sunscreens. I personally use Cetaphil Dermacontrol with SPF 30 but thats just because I have oily skin. Also, you can mix the sunscreen in with the moisturizer or you can just apply it after the moisturizer, but mixing it it would save you time and its easier.
