Do you still break out a lot? I am also 4 months into the regimen and I still get a spot or two or three the week before my cycle or when I am feeling particularly stressed. They go away much faster through that I am on the regimen.

Breakouts are limited.But i never get that clear complexion which others have.Maybe it's genetic,but my mom and dad have beautiful skin.
